Conference Overview
The MECATRONICS-REM 2025 International Conference, with technical co-sponsorship from IEEE, IEEE Industrial Electronics Society and IEEE Systems Council and IEEE France Section, will be held in Paris on December 3-5, 2025 at ISAE-Supméca.
This event incorporates 2 conferences:
- 23rd International Conference on Research and Education in Mechatronics (REM 2025).
- 15th France-Japan Congress of Mechatronics – 13th Europe-Asia Congress of Mechatronics (MECATRONICS 2025).
The International Conference on Research and Education in Mechatronics (REM) is an annual event since 1999. The conferences are promoted by the International Network of Mechatronics Universities and National Mechatronics Associations.
MECATRONICS-REM is dedicated to the field of advanced mechatronics, either in the research or in the educational field. It will be a forum, which enables the presentation of scientific results, exchange of professional experiences and the integration of interdisciplinary scientific mechatronics community.

Paper submission
Papers must be submitted in PDF format validated by IEEE PDF eXpress via the confcomm.ieee-ies.org conference submission system (please follow the submission guidelines). Manuscripts should not exceed six pages; a maximum of eight pages is permitted with an additional fee. All papers must follow the IEEE double-column format (see IEEE Paper Templates).
Each paper will undergo single-blind peer review by at least three independent reviewers and will be checked for plagiarism and duplicate publication. Accepted and presented papers are expected be published in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
